1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. They help the website remember your preferences, maintain your login session, and provide a consistent experience across visits.

2. Cookies We Use

ERPeek uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies are always active because the Service cannot work without them. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.

Essential cookies (always active):

Authentication cookie: A signed session cookie that keeps you logged in across visits. It expires after 30 days or when you log out, and it is invalidated immediately when you change your password.
Trusted-device cookie: If you enable multi-factor authentication and choose to trust a device, a cookie remembers that choice for 30 days so you are not asked for a code on every login.
CSRF protection cookies: Short-lived cookies used to prevent cross-site request forgery attacks.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent):

Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): First-party cookies set by Google Analytics 4 so we can see how many people visit ERPeek and which pages they use, and improve the product accordingly. They expire after two years. They record usage of erpeek.ai only.

Analytics cookies are switched off until you accept them, and the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all before that. Refusing them does not affect your use of ERPeek.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, we do not use cookies to monitor your activity across third-party websites, and we do not sell or share your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some features of ERPeek rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies:

Stripe: Our payment processor may set cookies when you interact with payment flows. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
GitHub / Google OAuth: When you sign in using OAuth, the respective provider may set authentication cookies in their domain. ERPeek does not receive or control these cookies.
Google Analytics: If, and only if, you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 sets the first-party cookies described above and sends usage data to Google, whose processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. If you refuse, the script is never loaded and no data is sent.

4. Your Choice

You can accept or refuse analytics cookies at any time, and changing your mind later is as easy as making the original choice. Essential cookies cannot be switched off here because the Service will not function without them; you can still block them in your browser, as described below.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

View all cookies stored by websites you visit
Delete cookies individually or in bulk
Block cookies from specific websites
Block third-party cookies entirely

Please note that disabling the authentication cookie will prevent you from logging in and using ERPeek. Disabling the trusted-device cookie only means you will be asked for your MFA code on every login.
