ERPeek Credits are used to ask questions in ERPeek. Each question costs credits proportional to the AI compute it actually used. Peek, Inspect, and Deep Dive consume different amounts based on the model work required. The exact amount charged is shown on every answer.

Included plan credits reset each billing cycle and unused plan credits don't roll over. Separately purchased credits never expire: they stay banked in your account and are used automatically once your monthly plan credits run out.

Yes! Upgrade mid-cycle and get prorated credit for your current plan. Your ERPeek Credits usage for the period carries over. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
