Tokens are the currency used to ask questions in ERPeek. Each question costs a certain number of tokens proportional to the AI compute required. A Glance costs roughly 6 tokens, an Inspect around 15, and a Deep Dive around 22. Actual cost varies based on answer complexity.

Included tokens reset each billing cycle. Unused tokens don't roll over to the next month. On-demand usage is billed separately based on actual consumption.

Yes! Upgrade mid-cycle and get prorated credit for your current plan. Your token usage for the period carries over. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

If you exceed your plan's included tokens, extra usage is available at per-token rates. You set your own monthly spending limit to control costs. On-demand usage is billed in arrears at the end of each cycle.
